How to get help
Email support@findmydeal.com.au or contact us. Include your order number or other proof of purchase, product model, a description of the problem and photos where helpful. We will assess your request and coordinate any supplier or manufacturer support.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a minor problem, we will arrange a free remedy within a reasonable time. Other remedies may apply if the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
These rights apply to sale items and do not end when a manufacturer warranty expires. Find My Deal will manage your claim; you do not have to resolve it directly with a supplier. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product claim.
Manufacturer warranties
A manufacturer warranty is additional to your consumer rights. Cover, duration and intended-use conditions depend on the product and its warranty documentation. Contact us before purchasing if you need help confirming cover for a particular model or use.
Crazy Skates products have a 60-day manufacturer warranty in addition to your consumer rights. This is not a 60-day change-of-mind return period.
For other brands, please check the model-specific documentation. Supplier information is available for Lifespan Fitness, Lifespan Kids and Progear. We do not apply one warranty period to every product.
For earlier purchases, we honour the warranty representations made when you bought the product. Current manufacturer information does not retrospectively reduce a promise made for your order or your statutory rights.
Returns and return costs
For a confirmed fault, we cover reasonable return costs. Please contact us before sending the product back so we can arrange the correct destination and, where needed, collection of a large or heavy item. See our returns and refunds policy.
