Find My Deal is operated by Hudson James Lyon trading as Find My Deal, ABN 47 804 634 715. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Questions about our website or your order should be sent to support@findmydeal.com.au.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
For a major problem with a product, you can choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a minor problem, we will arrange a free remedy within a reasonable time. If it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, other remedies may apply. Sale items are covered too.
Products, prices and deals
Prices are in Australian dollars. Find My Deal is not currently registered for GST and does not charge GST on its sales. Shipping charges are shown separately where applicable. Review the complete checkout total before paying.
We aim to keep descriptions, availability, prices and offer details accurate. Images may look different on different screens. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm a product specification, suitability or availability.
Deal eligibility, quantities, inclusions and end dates are shown with the offer where applicable. Prices and offers can change for future orders, but a later change does not automatically change an existing order. If we identify a pricing, stock or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and agree the next steps. If we cannot supply your order, we will explain the available options and refund any payment due.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate delivery and contact information and check your selected products, sizes and quantities before payment. Contact us promptly if you spot a mistake or need to change an order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay and other express methods depend on your device, browser, account and eligibility. Afterpay is available on eligible purchases, subject to approval. Late fees, eligibility criteria and terms apply; credit checks may apply. Read Afterpay's terms before using it.
Shipping and preorders
Delivery options depend on the products and destination. Products may ship from Find My Deal or from suppliers and may arrive separately. Estimated dispatch, delivery and preorder dates are not guarantees. If no rate is available, contact us before ordering; it does not mean shipping is free. Read our shipping and delivery policy.
Returns, cancellations and warranty
Contact Find My Deal first for returns, cancellations, faults or warranty enquiries. We remain responsible for handling customer claims and will coordinate any supplier involvement. Do not send a product back until we have provided the correct instructions and return address.

Using our website
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false information, interfere with its security, upload harmful material, misuse another person's information or infringe intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce our website content for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Our website may sometimes be unavailable or contain an error. Please tell us if something appears incorrect. This does not limit our obligations for the products we sell or your consumer rights.
Privacy and third-party websites
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. External websites and payment providers have their own terms and privacy notices. For a product bought from Find My Deal, contact us for support even if a supplier fulfils the order.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms for future use and purchases and will show the updated date here. Earlier orders retain the terms and promises applicable when purchased. These terms are governed by Australian law, without removing rights available under applicable consumer law.
