Information used to run the store
We receive information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details and support messages. A return or warranty request may include proof of purchase and photos you choose to send. Please do not include payment card numbers, passwords or unrelated sensitive information in a support message.
Shopify and payment providers process payment details to complete transactions. Find My Deal receives the payment and order information needed to manage purchases and refunds; please enter payment details only through the checkout or the payment provider's secure service.
When you browse, Shopify and enabled store services may collect device, browser, IP address, cookie and activity information, such as products viewed or added to your cart. Customer account services also process the information needed for sign-in and account preferences.
Why information is used

Where you subscribe to marketing, we use your details for those communications. You can unsubscribe using the link provided or contact us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order or service messages.

For restock requests requiring email confirmation, unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours. A confirmed, unfulfilled request is kept for up to 90 days and then removed from the restock queue. This retention period applies to the request, not to order records or other information that must be retained separately.
Storage, retention and security
Our store and service providers use access controls and other safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, maintain required records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
