Check delivery before ordering
Where a postcode calculator is available, enter your postcode on the product page for an estimate. A product-page quote covers the selected product and quantity, not necessarily your whole basket.
Review the delivery options and total in your cart and at checkout using your full delivery address. Adding other items can change the delivery cost. Flat-rate, free-delivery and express offers apply only where shown for eligible products and destinations; they are not storewide offers.
If no delivery rate is available, contact us before ordering. Email support@findmydeal.com.au with the product names, quantities and delivery postcode. A missing quote does not mean delivery is free.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Products may be dispatched by Find My Deal or directly by our suppliers. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels from different locations.
Dispatch and arrival estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Preorder estimates may change. Contact us before ordering if you need a product by a particular date.
Your delivery address
Check your address and contact details before placing an order. If you need delivery to a PO Box, a remote location or premises with access restrictions, contact us first to confirm suitable options. Do not assume every carrier or product can be delivered to these addresses.
Any authority-to-leave or signature arrangements depend on the delivery service and instructions confirmed for your order. We do not treat every order as authority to leave unattended.
Damage, missing items or delays
Contact Find My Deal promptly if your delivery is damaged, incomplete or delayed. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We will investigate and coordinate with the supplier or carrier.
Reporting a problem promptly helps us investigate, but does not remove your consumer rights if it is reported later. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
