Updated 1 October 2026. For a Lifespan Kids product bought from Find My Deal, contact support@findmydeal.com.au first. Include your proof of purchase, model, description of the issue and photos where helpful. We will manage your request and coordinate supplier support.
Manufacturer information
Lifespan Kids is the manufacturer/supplier brand, not Find My Deal. Warranty cover and care requirements depend on the product. Read the Lifespan Kids warranty and repairs information and your product's documentation. Contact us before buying if you need to confirm model-specific cover or intended-use conditions.
Manufacturer repair arrangements are additional to your rights against Find My Deal. We will confirm the applicable cover and next steps for your product rather than apply one warranty period to every model.
Your rights remain unchanged
Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees are not limited by manufacturer warranty periods or exclusions. For a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement; for a minor problem, we will arrange a free remedy within a reasonable time. Other remedies and compensation may apply. Earlier orders retain the warranty promises made at purchase; a current manufacturer webpage does not retrospectively reduce them.
See our warranty and product support policy and returns and refunds policy. Please contact us for the correct return instructions rather than sending the product directly to a supplier.
