Manufacturer information
Lifespan Fitness is the manufacturer/supplier brand, not Find My Deal. Its warranty cover varies by model and intended use. Read the Lifespan Fitness warranty and repairs information and the documentation supplied with your product. Contact us before buying if you need to confirm a particular warranty period or suitability for commercial use.
Manufacturer repair arrangements are additional to your rights against Find My Deal. We do not promise supplier technicians, parts availability or a fixed response time on the manufacturer's behalf.
Your rights remain unchanged
Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees are not limited by manufacturer warranty periods or exclusions. For a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement; for a minor problem, we will arrange a free remedy within a reasonable time. Other remedies and compensation may apply. Earlier orders retain the warranty promises made at purchase; a current manufacturer webpage does not retrospectively reduce them.
See our warranty and product support policy and returns and refunds policy. Please contact us for the correct return instructions rather than sending the product directly to a supplier.
